Compact Flash 5.0 makes petabytes possible

The CompactFlash association has announced new spec 5.0 enabling support for 48-bit addressing. This new spec would make CF to store data up to 127GB of data.  The spec also note speed increase up to 32MB. The size is stunning but the available of the products is yet unknown.
